Africa's vast potential can be unleashed and Africans can have a bright and sustainable future by working together. So, let's build, project and protect the future of Africa, together.
The Africa Youth Growth Foundation is an NGO established with the exclusive aim of actively contributing to fostering positive economic change and social status of Africans, the poor, the vulnerable and minorities through effective programs that delivers sustainable
outcome.
Mental health issues can affect anyone, but men often face unique challenges. Societal expectations and traditional gender roles, especially in Africa, make it difficult for men to express their emotions and seek help which sometimes leads to feelings of isolation, making mental health struggles even harder to manage.
With high rates of anxiety, depression, and suicide among men, it’s crucial to remind every man that it’s okay to speak up and seek help. Being vulnerable doesn’t make them any less of a man.
In commemoration of Men’s Mental Health Month, we put something together to remind the men that we see them and will always offer them support.
